The way this works is by using a customer where you can configure jump height multiplier for different levels in the game. It will test you out how fast you can get to a certain destination while using different tactics. The trainers will also give you tips on how to maximize your health during game play. You will also be able to build your stamina by eating foods which give stamina boosting effects.
